Smoked BBQ Beans
Ingredients:
2 cans (15 ounces each) of ranch style beans drained and rinsed (increase amount for more quests).
1cup 1934 BBQ sauce
3-4 oz. fat from trimmed brisket
1934 Season Mix
Directions:
Place beans, sauce and fat into an aluminum pan or any pan you can place in your smoker.
While smoking meat (brisket, ribs) place pan of beans in smoker for approximately two hours.
Serve with meal and enjoy the wonderful flavor added to the beans from the 1934 BBQ sauce and smoke.
