1934 Season Mix
Set smoker to 275. degrees and place a pan of water in the smoker.
Sprinkle 1934 Season Mix all over pork butt.
Place pork butt in smoker fat side up.
Cook for 4-5 hours, fat should start to split.
Spritz meat occasionally to keep meat moist.
Wrap pork butt in foil and cook for another 3 hours.
Let meat rest for 30 minutes before serving with 1934 BBQ sauce.
