1934 BBQ sauce and pulled pork sandwich

Pulled Pork


  • 1 pork butt
  • 1934 Season Mix 


  1. Set smoker to 275. degrees and place a pan of water in the smoker.
  2. Sprinkle 1934 Season Mix all over pork butt.
  3. Place pork butt in smoker fat side up.
  4. Cook for 4-5 hours, fat should start to split.
  5. Spritz meat occasionally to keep meat moist.
  6. Wrap pork butt in foil and cook for another 3 hours.
  7. Let meat rest for 30 minutes before serving with 1934 BBQ sauce.
