Pork Ribs
Ingredients:
Pork ribs of your choosing (Spare, Baby Back, St. Louis)
1934 Season Mix
1934 BBQ sauce
Directions:
Remove membrane from ribs.
Lightly coat ribs with olive oil.
Season with 1934 Season mix.
Place in heated smoker at 275 degrees with a pan of water and cook for 2 hours.
Brush 1934 BBQ sauce on both sides of ribs and cook for 20 minutes to allow sauce to caramelize.
Cook ribs for 2 more hours (your choice here to leave unwrapped or wrap ribs in foil).
After 2 hours, remove ribs from smoker and let rest for 30 minutes before serving.
