1934 BBQ ribs

Pork Ribs


  • Pork ribs of your choosing (Spare, Baby Back, St. Louis)
  • 1934 Season Mix
  • 1934 BBQ sauce


  1. Remove membrane from ribs.
  2. Lightly coat ribs with olive oil.
  3. Season with 1934 Season mix.
  4. Place in heated smoker at 275 degrees with a pan of water and cook for 2 hours.
  5. Brush 1934 BBQ sauce on both sides of ribs and cook for 20 minutes to allow sauce to caramelize.
  6. Cook ribs for 2 more hours (your choice here to leave unwrapped or wrap ribs in foil).
  7. After 2 hours, remove ribs from smoker and let rest for 30 minutes before serving.
