Chili
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 onion chopped
2 pods garlic chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 – 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
1 – 6 oz. can tomato paste
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
5 1/2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
1934 Season BBQ Sauce – Smoke
Directions:
In a large skillet, add the meat, onion, garlic and cook down till half the juice is cooked out.
Add salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, BBQ sauce and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with sides of your choosing.
